The Hilton Collection never disappoints, the rooms are new, clean and have a great view. When checking in, Xiao An at the front desk took the initiative and patiently introduced the hotel's facilities. The overall service attitude and level were good, and it is worth recommending.

Although there was a little hiccup during check-in, it took some time to wait for room allocation. But overall, it was a satisfactory experience. Every staff member I encountered in the hotel had a good attitude and the room environment was also good. The photo was taken this time when I brought my parents and children to watch the National Football Team U19 game in Changzhi, just to make up for it😅

Newly opened, things are new, location is good, parking is convenient. But the management is worrisome, and the waiters still have the same attitude of you owe them n years ago. Breakfast is terrible. I don’t know why so many people are fighting for all the fast food buns. The room is slightly small and does not match the price. Maybe I thought I had a Hilton name and forgot that I was just a Hampton. Anyway, let’s be popular! But there is no other choice.

When I came to Changzhi to see the ancient buildings, I specifically chose the newly opened Hampton Inn by Hilton. The hotel is newly opened, but the room is smelly and clean. The decoration of the room has a canvas with a party door, which makes people know the background of this hotel. The service staff were also very enthusiastic and the breakfast was rich and varied, so I stayed there for another night. Generally speaking, I have stayed at many Hampton by Hilton hotels, and this hotel is no less good, even better than others. The little girl at home also thinks it is very good and suitable for family travel and residence.

太原歸途途中路過長治，搜尋酒店看到有歡朋，之前住過多個城市的歡朋，留下的印象都不錯，加上這家去年開業，於是選擇了這家，入住前專門留言“高層、朝陽”房間，還收到攜程專門發來短訊，已轉達酒店，還提前付款了房間費用，在我看來就是鎖定了房間，不管有沒有人住，房間已被我付款費用預訂了。到達酒店時，已是晚七點多了，經過溝通，前台一位女士説現有的已沒有了，現在調換朝陽、高層房間就需要升級了，説“我們的房費很貴的”，本來很平常一件事，聽到這句後很生氣，反問“再貴也得有個價吧？”，結果一看也就475，也就這個價，我以為過千了。經過溝通，我不需要加錢升級，但需要給五星好評，讓我加微信，截圖給他們，我拒絕加微信！説實話，不需要要求，我也會給五星，因為設施比較新，其他服務業不錯，環境也可以，停車很方便，最值得別的酒店學習的地方是洗漱區可以和休息區隔開，加上附近還有兩家需要排隊等才能吃飯的熱門飯店。

A酒店真的讓人驚訝，從一進門就被他温馨和舒適所吸引，房間佈置的十分精美每處都透露出酒店的用心和品位床鋪柔軟舒適一夜好眠後，整個人感覺都煥發了活力 酒店的服務也讓我很滿意熱情，推薦周邊的餐館也很棒，下次還來住 這家酒店雖然是新裝修不久，但沒有裝修的味道，房間非常乾淨，產品也是很喜歡的，白色很上檔次，躺着也很舒服，價格還挺實惠，環境真心不錯，離城隍廟景點也很近，交通方便前台人員都很敬業，能及時處理問題，為客人着想，非常滿意的一次入住體驗
